Crafted with the finest materials and inspired by the celestial beauty of the most heavenly bodies, the luxurious Cosmic Starlight Polo is guaranteed make brighter even the darkest of nights.
This project was an assignment to “create an appealing campaign for an ‘undesirable’ object”.
With this in mind, I designed a series highlighting the Cosmic Starlight Polo from luxury brand Halley & Herschel.
The object I chose from the group we were given was a bowling shirt. I immediately noticed the shiny qualities of the satin material, and decided to use that as my focal point. I advertised the shirt as a ‘Cosmic Starlight” Polo, and created the Haley & Herschel brand as its producer. For this, I took inspiration from another project I was doing at the time included some research about the comets, which led to the name for the company.
These photos were created using a long exposure and strands of LED lights. All lighting effects were done in-camera, and editing was only used to alter the brand on the tag.
