“I’ve always figured that: ‘Why go to a tournament if you’re not going there to try and win?’. As I would explain to my dad; second sucks, and third’s even worse! But I- I want to win.”
Tiger Woods -“You’ll Learn” Interview, (1996)
Growing up in the early 1920s to an upper-middle-class family in New Jersey, Chadley Chadderson was always a respected gentleman who rarely got into any trouble. Moving off of Cape Cod in 1952, Chadderson fell into wealth from a lucrative investment in the Rhino Cube; a new technology that would revolutionize technology in time travel. With his new fortune, Chadderson opened a golf course that would soon become an American dream destination. The Golden Gull officially opened in 1956, and quickly grew in popularity as the premiere New England getaway. The Golden Gull enjoyed many years of jubilant prosperity; until 1972, when the horrific murder of the a miniature golf staff member happened on the course. Harmony Stevens, a 20-year old college student working at the club as her summer job, was found deceased by the course’s beloved and iconic lighthouse, apparently stabbed to death. The young woman was rumored to have had affairs with Chadderson, whom quickly became the main person of interest. The murder was never solved, because during the height of the investigation Chadley fled on his private yacht, and was never seen again. Rumors and legend still swirl about the island to this day, although no evidence to the crime or the whereabouts of Chadderson have ever been uncovered.

Golf! was an exhibition that was put together by myself and a group of other students at Montserrat my Junior year. Most of my contribution to the show was made through graphic elements; I created the logo, a few pieces, and the advertising for the show. I also helped out with the gallery painting, setup, organization, and the event which coincided with the show opening.
Exhibited alongside: Gabi Casella, Max Foster, Zack Fontaine, & Coco Haseltine.
