After finishing the Self Portrait project, I knew I really enjoyed making compositions using pieces of scrap material. I typically do flat projects like these as a way to work creatively between heavier projects, since the narrative of each composition is led by how the puzzle fits together on it’s own.

Most of these works are comprised of found material; vintage magazines, photo albums, thrifted goods, and even trash are all on the table to be repurposed into collagework.
